Felt better today. Might have had something to do with the Dayquil and Nyquil I had been taking. Still not 100% though. A lot of chest and head congestion and just overall sluggishness. Got to the gym at my usual time.
Usual 5:00 rowing warm up on 10/10 resistance followed by 10:00 of stretching.
First:
Wanted to switch up the order so I ran on the treadmill first. Ran 8 x 400m with 1:30 rest intervals. Did the first two at 5:17/mi pace, the next 3 at 5:04/mi pace, and the last 3 at 4:52/mi pace. The last couple reps were tough but doable.
Second:
Recovered for a few minutes, then:

AMRAP in 20min:
5 x 35lbs weighted pull ups
10 x decline push ups with feet on 30" box
15 x 45lbs weighted squats
First time trying this. Felt good throughout the whole thing even though my head was still congested. Did every round and every set of exercises unbroken. Between finishing one round and starting the next would be maybe a 10-15 second delay depending on if there was someone on the pull up bars. Finished with 10 full rounds.
Third:
Ab stuff. 100 scissors, 100 flutter kicks, max set of leg levers, max set of seated V-ups, and a max set of side bends.
Fourth:
Incline dumbbell bench press. Started with 65lbs, then 75, then 85.
