Wednesday

Worked the previous night, got home, got 4 hours of sleep, then woke up, ate breakfast, got my crap together and headed to the gym.  As if that wasn't enough fun, also felt like garbage from some sort of head cold.  Fuuun.

Usual 5:00 rowing warm up on 10/10 resistance followed by 10:00 of stretching.

First:
Crossfit Barbara
5 Rounds, rest 3min in between each round, for time:
20 Pull ups
30 Push ups
40 Sit ups
50 Squats

Done this one a bunch before, but not while feeling awful.  Started out decent.  Got through 3 full rounds unbroken.  Got to the push ups in the 4th round and had to break it into 20/10, then the sit ups into 20/20, and the squats into 25/25.  5th round was a crap show.  Broke the pull ups into 10/3/3/4.  Broke the push ups into 15/5/5/5.  Broke the sit ups into 20/5/5/5/5.  And the squats into 20/10/5/5/5/5.  Sat down against the wall and nearly passed out.  Dizzy, seeing spots, all sorts of fun.  Finished in 30:13.

Second:
I recovered for a while.  Then I think I did abs?  I don't remember and it was yesterday.

Third:
Jody was there so we did shoulders together.  Started with standing barbell military press, then standing shoulder shrugs, then the shoulder range of motion wod.

Fourth:
Decided I'd try to run.  Ran 2 x 600m on the treadmill at 5:17/mi pace.  Started to get faint again, decided I should head home.
